High Comfort: The HOWO-NX series cab is a beautifully designed, highly safe, and extremely comfortable cab jointly developed by Sinotruk and a renowned Italian design company.

Features include a four-point cab suspension, airbags, an air-suspension seat, ample storage space, a 700mm extra-wide sleeper berth, and advanced ergonomic design, ensuring superior comfort and safety.

The engine adopts the MC, WD and WP series powertrains, which have high torque at low speeds and strong power. The parts of the same series of engine products are highly interchangeable, resulting in low after-sales maintenance costs and convenient repair.

Transmission: The HW series transmission features a world-leading transmission design concept, with the main transmission employing dual intermediate shafts and the auxiliary transmission using planetary gears. This simplifies the power take-off and shifting operations, while enhancing reliability and durability.

Axles: The MC series drive axles and V series steering axles are improved based on advanced German axles and incorporated the latest technical standards. They feature higher transmission efficiency, better heat dissipation, higher load-bearing capacity, and longer service life to suit various road conditions.

The main reducer uses Olecon gears, which offer 10% increased strength and higher transmission efficiency.

Chassis

The NX series tractor unit features extended two-leaf springs at the front, with a redesigned and matched suspension stiffness. The rear springs utilize a four-leaf spring structure with a primary and secondary spring configuration, optimizing suspension frequency under both empty and fully loaded conditions, preventing resonance, and improving overall vehicle comfort. This front two-leaf and rear four-leaf spring suspension meets the requirements for vehicle lightweighting, reducing weight by over 70 kg.
