Case Study of Overseas Client Visit and Successful Order

After two months of online communication with our foreign trade team, client Muhammad expressed a strong interest in purchasing Sinotruk's 8x4 dump truck. To further verify the vehicle's quality and production capabilities, he decided to personally visit our production base in Shandong Province.

On the day of his arrival, our foreign trade manager accompanied Muhammad and his team on a tour of the modern assembly workshop. From frame welding to parts assembly and vehicle testing, the standardized operations and strict quality control at every stage left a deep impression on the client.

At the outdoor exhibition area, Muhammad climbed into the cab of a Howo heavy truck and personally experienced the vehicle's handling and comfort. When he saw the neatly arranged white Howo dump trucks on display, he praised the vehicle's exterior design and paint finish, and took photos in front of the trucks. The technical team also provided professional on-site answers to the client's concerns regarding engine power, fuel economy, and after-sales service, completely dispelling his worries.

After the visit, both parties engaged in in-depth business negotiations. Taking into account the transportation conditions and climate characteristics of Muhammad's region, we recommended suitable vehicle models and configurations.

Muhammad was very satisfied with the results of the inspection and signed an order for two 8x4 dump trucks on the spot.
